Obed's House Ministries exists to make much of God. Our desire is to be a haven unto whom God entrusts His glory. Our name is derived from 2 Samuel 6:9-11 and it expresses our belief that God is looking for people and ministries who exist to make his fame, reputation and Kingdom expansive and
consequential.

Our ministry is under the leadership of a Board of Directors which is chaired by Neil McClendon. He is best described as an itinerant slave who longs to maintain a God-sized view of God which produces not only obedience but allegiance. Neil has traveled throughout the country for more than a decade as God's little donkey. His passion is to herald Truth with biblical potency while calling humanity to be stained by the joy of a God-altered world view.

He travels extensively in an effort to obey what he understands to be God's call on his life. Neil is the pastor of Grand Parkway Baptist Church in Sugar Land, Texas.
